Phillip has worked with Hutchinson since 1996 and developed a high level of expertise in a wide scope of design and construction supervision.

His specialist skills cover residential and commercial subdivision and associated roading designs, supervision, set out, contract administration, geotechnical investigations and reporting, drainage design and field inspections. As associate, Phillip is involved in co-ordinating civil projects, quantity assurance and assisting with complex designs.

Family life takes up most of Phillip’s time out of work, but he enjoys any opportunity to pursue his interests in the great outdoors – in particular fishing and diving.
