CHEW STORE, VANUATU - FLETCHER CONSTRUCTION

Hutchinson’s structural design team, have designed a 22 unit 2080 square metre re-inforced in-situ concrete commercial development in Port Vila, Vanuatu for Fletcher Construction.
Design works included site appraisal, on- site inspections and consideration for local construction techniques.

The shopping complex required design expertise for hurricane type wind loads expected in the pacific island developments.

Floor area

Upper Floor = 900m2 + deck
Lower Floor = 1180m2 + decks

Total = 2080m2 + decks
